We produce chilled trial samples (5-10L) under indirect HTST (High-Temperature Short Time) conditions with high-pressure homogenization. These samples are packed in 250ml PET bottles via a laminar flow cabinet, with a shelf life of up to 4 weeks.

• Lab-Scale Trials: 1-3L trial samples for low or no-carbonation, low-pH beverages, packaged in 250ml glass bottles.
• Commercial Trials: 500L batches can be scaled up with various bottle shapes and closures (26mm crown caps or 28/29mm screw caps).

• Lab Trials: 15L batches (40-50 cans) in 250ml/150ml slim cans, suitable for any recipe, including hot and cold brews.
• Small-Scale Production: 100-200L runs packed into 250ml digitally printed cans with custom designs.
• Factory Production: Minimum runs of 1,500 units, with larger orders of 5,000+ units available.

We produce trial and commercial volumes of UHT products in various Tetra Pak formats (200ml-1L).
• Trial Volumes: Minimum 3,000L for validation.
• Commercial Production: Scaled runs of 10,000L to 25,000L.

Our co-packing services can blend and volumetrically fill powders and granules into various formats, including pouches, jars, or bottles of any size.

In partnership with our EU processing experts, we can handle:
• Trial Batches: 1,000L runs.
• Commercial Production: 25,000L+ batches in sizes ranging from 250ml to 750ml, packaged in PET, HDPE bottles, or gable tops.

We work with an organic-certified processing partner to produce:
• Small Batches: 1,000kg minimum for spouted or plain pouches (50ml-500ml) or Tetra Recart recyclable packaging for baby foods, pureed, or particulate recipes.
• Testing Samples: Small-scale chilled or ambient pouches for non-commercial use.
